This two-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, accommodating up to six guests (including children). Your private outdoor area offers a garden and open-air terrace—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The property also has an outdoor hot tub available year-round. This cozy duplex features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a twin bed (configurable on request), and a secure mezzanine with a double bed (not recommended for children under 8). There are two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), and a capsule coffee machine. A baby cot is also available. Outside, enjoy a balcony and terrace with mountain views. There is a storage room for skis and bikes, and two parking spaces on the property. The residence is 100 m from a bus stop (regular line and ski bus in winter), 2 km from the center of Saint-Gervais, and close to the Mont Blanc tramway. The Pontets leisure park (Les Contamines) is also worth a visit. No pets, parties, or smoking. No air conditioning. Please do not wear shoes or bring food upstairs, and do not leave items on the floor in the shared entrance. Please respect the neighbors' peace. Cleaning is the guests' responsibility (a deposit is required). The property is equipped with water and energy-saving devices.
